AIRF/ECoRSU's Four Day Trade Union Education Programme

    Under the guidance and advise of All India Railwaymen's Federation (AIRF) leadership the Zonal affiliate East Coast Railway Shramik Union (ECoRSU) conducted a 04 days Zonal Trade Union Education programme at Palasa, Khurda Road Division of East Coast Railway from 06.12.2023 to 09.12.2023. 20 youth from all over the zone participated the programme. They were trained on topics such as qualitative idea about the trade union, role of trade union, why trade unions are required, role of youth in trade union, history of AIRF and its achievements, union mapping, SWOT analysis, Social Media etc., .In this trainer's trainee programme some youth were nominated as zonal educators.

    The programme was conducted by Zonal Trainer of AIRF Well Being programme, Com Amrit Mishra.
