  AIRF CONDUCTS REFRESHER COURSE FOR WELLBEING TRAINERS          All India Railwaymen's Federation the oldest and largest federation on Indian Railways had taken up the Wellbeing project as decided in the International Transport Workers' Federation (ITF) Congress in 2018 and was formally launched in second half of 2019.          Though the project was delayed due to COVID-19, AIRF and affiliates worked actively even in COVID times training Virtually and later in off-line mode and had satisfactorily reached to the stage of sensitization of all cadres working in Indian Railways with the active support of a Mumbai based NGO named M/s Trijog and ITF, New Delhi.          AIRF is now equipped with trained cadres and First Responders in all the 17 zones and 8 production units on Indian Railways. As part of rejuvenation, AIRF leadership framed modules for a three day refresher camp from 17 to 19 July 2023 and invited 40 First Responders to attend at New Delhi with 6 trainers. First Day

  Mental Wellbeing Program at Valsad by AIRF/WREU Report Submitted by Com Namita Kumayu, Treasurer & Well Being Educator, WREU, Ratlam Branch    and Compiled/Edited by Kona Vishnu, Coordinator, International Affairs & Social Media, AIRF, INDIA.  As part of the AIRF Wellbeing programme a Mental Health Wellbeing Programme was conducted at Valsad, Mumbai Division, Western Railway Employees Union (WREU) on the 08 July 2023 by Com Namita Kumayu, First Responder and Educator of Wellbeing programme. The programme was attended by 72 women employees, family members of male employees etc.,  During the session, the importance of mental health, work related stress and importance to maintain balance between personal and professional life was explained for mental wellbeing.
