AIRF/NRMU WELL BEING SESSION IN LUCKNOW

        As part of AIRF's Mental Health Wellbeing Programme, a session was conducted at the NRMU Union office of Loco Workshop Charbagh, Lucknow on 21/08/2023 by Com. Neha Tewari, First Responder for AIRWell Being. The session was organized for the employees of Loco Workshop and was proactively attended by more than 35 members including supervisory cadres.

 

        Importance of Mental health was discussed in the session. It was an interactive session wherein the participants shared their views and reasons for stress and also discussed the ways and means adopted to deal various types of Stress at work or at home. Some members expressed the willingness to discuss their stress related issues confidentially.

 

    The programme was organized by Com Anoop Bajpai, Divisional Secretary(Workshop), Com V K Singh, Branch Secretary, Com Sudhakar Misra, Branch President and was also attended Com Anurag Srivastava, Branch Treasurerand Com Brijesh Mishra Vice President.


The youth team delegates including Com ManishTripathi, ComVikas Arora, Com.Varun Dubey, Com Rohitash Tiwari, Com Mahesh Kumar, Com Brajesh Meena and Com Aftab Ahmed were also present in the session and provided good support in organizing.
