
AIRF CONDUCTS REFRESHER COURSE FOR WELLBEING TRAINERS All India Railwaymen's Federation the oldest and largest federation on Indian Railways had taken up the Wellbeing project as decided in the International Transport Workers' Federation (ITF) Congress in 2018 and was formally launched in second half of 2019. Though the project was delayed due to COVID-19, AIRF and affiliates worked actively even in COVID times training Virtually and later in off-line mode and had satisfactorily reached to the stage of sensitization of all cadres working in Indian Railways with the active support of a Mumbai based NGO named M/s Trijog and ITF, New Delhi. AIRF is now equipped with trained cadres and First Responders in all the 17 zones and 8 production units on Indian Railways.
