AIRF & AFFILIATES CONDEMN THE NEGATIVE REMARKS AGAINST RAILWAY FRATERNITY

    Com Shiva Gopal Mishra, General Secretary, All India Railwaymen's Federation (AIRF) strongly condemned the negative remarks appearing in some sections of Press and Print Media by some political parties in India.

        Earlier there were reports of representatives of a political party critically stating that funds were spent from Rashtriya Rail Suraksha Kosh (RRSK) for procuring foot massagers, crockery, electrical appliances, furniture, winter jackets, computers and escalators, develop gardens, build toilets, pay salaries and bonuses and erect a flag for the running staff on Indian Railways.

        Com Shiva Gopal Mishra said " "Our station managers and running staff work day and night and it's not fair to politicize things bought for their use like crockery and foot massager. Politics over these things only ruin the image of the railways and demoralize the workers. Press & Politicians must refrain from making and publicizing such comments". He told this in an interview to Asian News International (ANI).

कमरेड शिव गोपाल मिश्रा, ऑल इंडिया रेलवेमेन्स फेडरेशन (ए आई आर एफ ) के महासचिव, ने भारत में कुछ राजनीतिक पार्टियों द्वारा प्रेस और प्रिंट मीडिया के कुछ भागों में दिखाई देने वाली नकारात्मक टिप्पणियों की कड़ी निंदा की।

इससे पहले ही रिपोर्टें आईं थीं जिनमें किसी राजनीतिक पार्टी के प्रतिनिधियों द्वारा गंभीर रूप से कहा गया था कि राष्ट्रीय रेल सुरक्षा कोष (आरआरएसके) से पैर मसाजर, क्रॉकरी, इलेक्ट्रिकल उपकरण, फर्नीचर, सर्दियों के जैकेट, कंप्यूटर और एस्केलेटर्स खरीदे गए हैं, उद्यान विकसित किए गए हैं, शौचालय बनाए गए हैं, वेतन और बोनस दिए गए हैं और भारतीय रेलवे पर रनिंग कर्मचारियों के लिए एक झंडा स्थापित किया गया है।

कमरेड शिव गोपाल मिश्रा ने कहा, "हमारे स्टेशन प्रबंधक और रनिंग कर्मचारी दिन-रात काम करते हैं और इसे राजनीतिक बनाना उचित नहीं है, जैसे कि क्रॉकरी और पैर मसाजर जैसी वस्तुएं उनके उपयोग के लिए खरीदी गई हैं। इन चीजों पर राजनीति करना केवल रेलवे की छवि को बिगाड़ता है और कर्मचारियों का मनोबल गिराता है। प्रेस और राजनीतिज्ञों को इस तरह की टिप्पणियां करने और प्रसारित करने से बचना चाहिए।" उन्होंने यह एशियाई न्यूज इंटरनेशनल (एएनआई) को दिए गए एक साक्षात्कार में कहा।
